Description: This report is based on the ERPIMS format Group 3 Prime export. The report output is a *.zip file that contains three *.txt files containing Sample, Test, and Result records, respectively. The data in the *.txt files are space delimited and have fixed column widths. The field names are not included in the *.txt files.

 

Installation Instructions: The ERPIMS Group 3 Prime report is available as part of the ERPIMS format package (ERPIMS_FormatPackage.zip) file on the EarthSoft Community Center. To access the report, download the ERPIMS format package, unblock the *.zip file, and extract the contents. The extracted contents of the format package will include the ERPIMS Group 3 Prime report DLL file along with the ERPIMS.zip format file, a ReadMe text file, an example reference value EDD, and an example remap set. Copy the DLL file to the EQuIS Professional installation folder. For standard installations, this directory is C:\Program Files\EarthSoft\EQuIS; for per-user installations, this directory is %localappdata%\Programs\EarthSoft\EQuIS by default.

 

For Enterprise use, this report should be published to the database. When publishing the report, the assembly should be stored in the database. The report will be available for selection once it has been published.

 

Overview: The ERPIMS Group 3 Prime report exports sample, test, and result *.txt files that are compliant with the ERPIMS schema as defined in the ERPIMS 2022 Data Loading Handbook Version 9.0. Unlike the ERPIMS format export, the report does not include any extraneous data (such as the FLDSAMPID, ANADATE, and ANATIME fields that are required in the format to associate parent/child records) that would take the deliverables out of compliance with the ERPIMS schema.

 

The report pulls data from the same database fields to which the Sample_Prime, Test_Prime, and Result_Prime sections of the ERPIMS format map. Download the EQuIS EDD Description file for the ERPIMS format for specific mapping details.
